For years our Heaven’s Blend has been our best selling coffee. It is a super smooth, medium roast, breakfast blend coffee that everyone tended to enjoy so…Jackie decided to use this Brazilian coffee as the base for all of our flavors. In 2011 Jackie traveled to Brazil and met with multiple farmers. She visited the farm where her coffee was currently coming from and toured many other farms in the Minas Gerais area of Brazil. In 2013 business had finally grown large enough that she could afford to purchase her very first full container of coffee- and the entire crop of the San Martin Estate. Although the farmers she buys from changes based on how the weather effects the coffee crops, Jackie continues to support farmers in the Minas Gerais region in Brazil.

Our gourmet flavored coffees are all sugar free, calorie free, and gluten free. We use a liquid extract that is alcohol based. The alcohol acts as a carrying agent to get the flavoring stuck to the bean and then the alcohol evaporates off leaving just the flavor behind. This extract is very potent and we only use a very tiny amount. Some of our flavors are all natural and others are artificially created but there is never any aspartame or “icky” chemicals used. The flavors are 100% USDA approved for food and consumption.
