Markets are hard. We have to get up early and it’s a lot of work. But there’s a reason why we do it, and there’s a reason why Jackie always loved farmers markets.
Jackie got her start at Farmer's Markets all the way back in 2004. She sold her first bags of coffee at a farmers market in Fort Collins and got her first wholesale client from a farmers market sale.
We continue to do markets because we love meeting you, the customers! Markets are the best place to hear your feedback and opinions on what we are doing and how we can improve. We want to hear what you like, what you don’t like and any ideas you have.
A few years ago, Jackie had a customer approach her at a market who asked her if she gave tours of the roastery. Jackie told the customer they could come by anytime and take a look around, but the customer wanted a full tour like a brewery tour. So Jackie set up a full 2-hour tour of the roastery for the customer and their family, all because the customer asked about it at a farmers market.
So come say hi at a farmers market! Tell us what you like, what you think we should change, or any ideas you have. Do you think we should make a new flavor? Sell a new product? Change something on our website? Write about something in our blog? Tell us at a farmers market!
