From our customer service to our ingredients, we care about our customers! At Jackie’s Java, we really value our customers’ feedback and we do our best to make changes and adjustments based on what we hear from customers.

Why do we still go to farmers markets? We love meeting our customers! We’ve heard so many suggestions from customers at farmers markets over the years that have helped make us one of the best roasters around. With a team of 7 employees, we still attend as many farmers markets as possible so that we can meet her customers and listen to their feedback.

We have 43 flavors now, most of which were created after a customer requested it. Want a weird flavor? Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you! We even started packaging our coffee into K-Cups because we had customers asking for it. You’re opinions really do matter to us!

And if you’re unsure about what coffee you might like, we want to help! Come into the Roastery and try one ounce samples for just $3. We want to help you find a coffee you like. 

We are passionate about living healthy, and that means having coffee that tastes good and is good for you. All of our flavors are extracts, so no hydrogenated oils, sugars, calories, gluten or fillers.

We also want you to be able to see where your coffee comes from. If you come into our warehouse in Fort Collins, you can see how we make the coffee. You can even buy a bag of coffee that was roasted that day!
